CSU-Carig reigns Dungo: A Documentary Film Making Contest on Adoption

Cagayan State University (CSU) Carig Campus outshined other four competing schools during the Dungo: A Documentary Film Making Contest on Adoption sponsored by the Department of Social Welfare and Development, Regional Office No. 02 held at Kimikarlai Hotel, Tuguegarao City last March 17, 2017.

The combined wits of Kristin Vivien Cacacho, Melca Lacambra, Rose Clarita Ronquillo, Ma. Angelica Joyce Laman, Claudine Columna and Criselda Manuel, AB Mass Communication students of the College of Arts and Sciences dominated the other four participating schools to the said contest.

Team CSU Carig was able to produce and presented a well-balanced and detailed documentary on the processes of adoption through the help of their subject and the personnel in-charge at the Reception Center, Lingu, Solana, Cagayan.

With Prof. Ana Marie Cauilan as their coach, the team gave pride once more for the CSU-Carig family as they garnered “Best in Musical Scoring” and “First Place” in the said film-making contest.
